About the Platform

The Nutrition Side is a clinical nutrition platform for dietitians and nutrition professionals. It includes tools such as the Master Calculator, Meal Planner, Food Database, and educational blog content. The platform is currently free to use.

Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old and use the platform in a professional capacity. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.

Not Medical Advice

TNS is a support tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Calculator and meal plan results are estimates
• Drug–nutrient information is for reference only
• You must use your own professional judgment before applying any results in clinical practice
• Do not use this platform for emergency medical situations

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and professionally
• Not misuse, hack, or abuse the service
• Handle any client/patient data according to applicable laws
• Keep your account credentials secure

Client Data

Meal planner data is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for protecting that data and any reports you export or print.

Our Content

All platform content, branding, software, and tools belong to The Nutrition Side. You may use the platform for your professional work, but you may not copy, resell, or misuse it.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or accurate for every patient case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Nutrition Side is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or clinical decisions made using its outputs.

Changes and Termination

We may update features, terms, or pricing in the future. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
